Blog Social Bookmarking

I'm noticing that there aren't social bookmark tools for blog posts in the user blogs.

I tried directly adding the javascript for a digg button into the HTML of one of my posts but while it is saved in the post, it is parsed OUT when the front end display code is generated.

Going through the sidebar widgets, I also tried the general widget to add the code to.  No luck.  It displays the javascript code in the front end, but won't parse it as code.  It's displayed as unparsed text.

It would be very helpful to get social bookmarking on user blogs.  And maybe the forum too.
