This is from the "quick reply".  The normal reply does not work at all, at least I can't get it to work.

Mine worked before and still does. (It looks like he changed the layout recently.)

I was noticing that it was only working sporadically too and loading is a bit slow. I hit quote 3 times and it did nothing (win7/FF 3.6.3), but it was showing up in preview now. So, I will see if it goes to post. edit= it did not.
