Brainpolice:(what you propose is....) unlikely to deter a dedicated racial separatist, and they are going to do it regaurdless of how many utilitarian economic arguments one throws at them. People don't always make decisions with economic interest in mind. And, unlike "thin" libertarians, I don't use the economics of discrimination as a talking point rationalizing not taking the issue seriously..
