Until recently one thought one was up to date with technology with an e-mail address and a cellular telephone. Not anymore. People I remembered all the time but had no way to get in touch with as year passed on and on and on. Yes, technology is a wonderful way of feeling "near" those we love, regardless what spot of this world they occupy... they could be physically near us... or perhaps thousands of kilometers away.... but with just a click, they seem to be right by our side.

You are one of those people I often remembered, but did not know where or how to find. I'm glad we're back "together", so to speak, and I know we will not get lost in the world again.

Además, todos los años el 31 de enero me acordaba de vos!!!!!!!!! believe it or not.... hay cosas que no se olvidan... especialmente si es alguien que nació bajo la misma estrella!!!

This is something that many of us forget as we get so quickly blase by whatever comes our way in the age of technology.

I also love that you have translated it.
