Barack Obama had similar numbers of 44%.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is in stark contrast to their actual positions, which are closer to &amp;quot;Leave a substantial number of troops in Iraq, but have them concentrate on training Iraqis and targeting Al Qaeda leaders in Iraq.&amp;quot; Barack Obama&amp;#39;s website says &amp;quot;The plan allows for a limited number of U.S. troops to remain in Iraq as basic force protection, to engage in counter-terrorism and to continue the training of Iraqi security forces.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
