Krugman knows what do do about it all: Just print IOYs (they have the funky name Dollar in the US, and Euro in the EU)

Anyway Central banks can print paper, but not wealth

Get that here:
http://www.cato-at-liberty.org/paul-krugmans-remarkable-success-story-in-latin-america/

If you like you can check my writing about Argentina here or on my outer mises blog. Just to get that "clear" the Inflation rate is > 20% which means the value of
money is reduced to half of it's current value an around 3,5 years !!!. Which means the state of Argentina steals very very big from every one. The success of Argentina was
also that they have not beared there debts (just against the IMF) and just have left losses around 70 % of the original value of the bonds

Now this same Krugman now ask for an increase in taxes 91% taxes

Now If we take him as contra indicator, we know what would be right. Reduce the overall tax rate to below 9%. For that to work, I guess the state has to be "cut" down a "little" bit on it's expenses.

If you want stupidity driven to the max

then ask your nobel prize winner Krugman.

Much of the things he has proposed were done the last 4 years and it has brought nothing good do anyone (but maybe the defrauders of government)

Just take away everything and you get UDSSR on USA ground. Do you think the USA socialism will be better?

If you want sound economical advice, you should really see those which have predicted this mess. And maybe you consider what the propose. Even if not the first
think you should do is not paying Krugman anymore, he's not even entertaining he is just and only embarrassing.

Well if I'm have one special weakness, then it's reading. And because of this weakness I stumbled upon quite few books which one just can
name "eye-opener"

It has happened with the following books: Human Action, the road to serfdom. Geldsozializmus, End the Fed, and stuff from Friedman. Now it has "happened" again. This
time I strongly propose reading "This Time is different". In a few words. "The state of affairs is devastating". I never could imagine men so stupid over and over again but
here we go.

I know this books will not be read by those responsible for the mess. For them another books is the guide line. "Expert Political Judgement" and here especially the hedgehoogs. And those
are mostly getting it wrong but it does not matter, the main reason for them is "They are heard". And so you can easily identify them in the form of Bernanke, Krugman and all those. They "know" what the future will bring
and they "no for sure" the cure. Unfortunately most of the time they do not get it right. And you have one suggestion free on whom they harm.....

Not that I'm that found of it, but what Krugman want is that the Chinese
follow the US on the insane path. How to do that, well the Chinese do produce things, the US people like to buy,
and thos things are "cheaper" now, to counterbalance this the Chinese products must get more expensive. So what will
be the result, raising prices, the US people will get poorer. Another genious move from this, "steering" believers. It's so stupid that it hurts
but they get away with it, and even more perverse, those not following have to pay also. US = freedom, may be a note on the side of
history. OOOOOOOOBama GOOOOOOOO, ..............................................., the more far away the better.
