I was just taking a jab at them anyways because I&amp;#39;ve been alarmed at seeing the predominance of that tendency among many Objectivists. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is an Objectivist fellow on youtube who goes by the name Mr. Cropper who has advocated the invasion of Venezuela and rants endlessly about &amp;quot;radical islam&amp;quot; being the greatest threat to Americans. I find this very disturbing. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I do think that some of the seeds for that tendency does derive from Rand herself, as she did have some loopy notion about &amp;quot;our oil&amp;quot; in Iran. But Peikoff and his droogies have taken it and expanded it into the realm of a neoconservatism that I think Rand herself would have rejected. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Overall, an excellent post sir; many of these definitions will be required if someone wants to &amp;#39;cut the fat&amp;#39; &amp;amp; &amp;#39;get to the point&amp;#39;, specifically constitutionalism &amp;amp; political libertarianism.&lt;/p&gt;
