Roads, schools, teachers and hospitals take time and money to build up. Unless these resources are made private, there is no way the current tax payer can keep up.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In Australia, the fast growing cities which are enjoying a high net migration (within the country) are experiencing exactly these issues.&lt;/p&gt;
